Trust me, you are a poet!
Several times we hear people saying: Oh no no! I am not a person of literature and arts or I am a bit too practical to get into literature! But is it so ...really?
Just ponder over this act a little, you may not be good at expressing yourselves, you may feel lack of words in converting your abstract thoughts to concrete writings, but all this doesn't make you a person who can't understand the fluid emotions of our lives, this doesn't make you a person devoid of a poetic soul!
The fact is as long as you are living a life, you have your own scripts! All these people around you are having their own stories, their own struggles ,their own victories, their own realizations !
Each passing day is another chapter to your very script and then you say you are not a person of arts!
We all are! We all feel and retaliate, we take decisions which have their own consequences and we face the consequences, we have our stories made by us, we are all poets at heart...it is just that sometimes we are unable to express...sometimes there is nobody to listen to us and sometimes we just ignore the very spirit of ours under the cover of not being too emotional!
But a poet is very part of ourselves which took birth the very same time we entered the world and realized that we are the script writers of the play we are about to play!
The poet who wonders on our deeds, our aspirations, who feel sad in disguise and most happy when we get something we desire.
The poet who make us remember the people we love, the poet who tells us when are we going wrong!
It is just that how much you listen to the poet who hides inside you! Let it be out and give it a chance to express itself for it expresses the very essence of your life!
So, finally a question... are you a poet?
